Dr. Marcia A. McPhee has demonstrated what it means to live outside the box. She has broken the limitations from her life to be able to pour into the lives of others . She is a bestselling author, life coach, educator, administrator, pastor, prophet, intercessor, counselor, wife, mother, and above all, a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ. As a seasoned minister with over three decades of diverse experience in religious, academic, and personal development, Marcia has been equipped and called to empower determined leaders like you, who feel the pull of their God-ordained assignment but need clarity, strategy and mindset shift.

Beyond the education realm, she is recognized for her church leadership. She and her husband are the Founders and Senior Pastors of Jubilee Christian Ministries International in Nassau, Bahamas. As the administrator and facilitator of Charis School of Ministry, she has hosted conferences and organized numerous training and Spiritual and Professional Development courses and seminars. As a minister of the gospel, she provides spiritual guidance and counsel to those seeking to hear the voice of God more clearly, to understand the Prophetic call of God, the power of intercession and spiritual warfare, and to understand and interpret their dreams.

She has traveled the Bahama Islands teaching and preaching the Word of God. She trains and empowers others, helping them find order and encouraging them to reach new heights. She is also the host of the Podcast “Inspirational Moments with Marcia”. It’s through her work in academic institutions, churches, or one-on-one interactions that Marcia’s mission is clear – to impact lives, facilitate transformative growth, reproduce reproducers, and instill a robust spiritual compass in all those who are hungry for more.

She is married to Dr. Sterling McPhee, and they reside on her native island, Nassau, Bahamas, with three sons and one daughter Shalom Gabriel, Chairo Immanuel, and Devanno & Charis Tehillah. She is also blessed with two wonderful grandchildren Zaine Benjamin and Da’el Chayil.
